Leaving this review for my wife, as she doesn't have a Google account. My wife went to the Starbucks this morning (around 630 am) to pick up a few drinks for work. The woman at the register gave her a hard time for not ordering the three drinks ahead of time online or on the app. When she asked to order some extra tea bags on the side, the cashier apparently rolled her eyes, sighed, and keyed the order in aggressively. My wife got her order in a bag with no receipt, when she got to work the drinks were smaller than she had ordered. She checked her bank app and saw she was charged an amount that lines up with the larger sizes she wanted, as her first thought was that she was accidentally rung up for the smaller sizes.
