I'm new in town and was looking for a new Butcher Shop/Meat Market...I looked up on line and found a couple, the first one I tried to call, well their loss because their phone went right to their fax machine, TWICE! So I had no choice but to go to my second selected shop, one that also looked good to me on goodle called Cinder Butte Meat Company. I called and talked to Lori who was really helpful over the phone allowing me to feel comfortable trying them out and made first purchase of what I hoped would be quality meat in my new neighborhood...the results were FABULOUS! I had to feed 5 hungry guys who were laying our floor in our new construction build near Lake Billy Chinook. This was Cinder Butte Rib Eye steak from Cedar River Ranch. Honestly, this might have been the best Rib Eye steak I've ever had! I'm a hobby griller and meat smoker so it's not like I'm any type of expert but I'd recommend Cinder Butte/Cedar River Rib Eye to anyone who'd want to know where to get...

I would give this business no stars if I could. My husband and I where hired as a cleaning team for this business. The owner "Bob" wasn't honest with us. He hired us as a team for $11.00 / hour each. Then he wanted to change the wage to a base pay for each week we worked. Into the second week "BOB" started down grading my husband's work when we worked as a team. My husband was sick one day so I went to work and all he could talk about was bringing someone else onboard to work with me. That's not right when you hire a team you shouldn't try to break the team up. So we quit. Upon getting our checks we where shorted almost $200.00 dollars because he dropped our pay by $.75/ hour and not paying all of our hours. Then wouldn't even talk to me about cheating us. He isn't truthful, he keeps your meat and you only get part of what's your. I feel sorry for the people who work for this man. He...

They sell by the pound, or you can purchase 1/4, 1/2, or the whole cow or hog. They offer their butchering services for hunters and ranchers as well. This is my go to for ground beef to make my world famous hamburgers. It's an easy task to make fresh delicious burgers with grass fed, all natural ground beef that is mixed with bacon!!!
