Verizon — Local services in Redwood Falls

I have been a verizon customer for 20 years, the employees in Redwood falls are THE FIRST to make my experience a positive one. It's no secret that verizon is the number 1 provider nation wide for coverage but until today i have never had a positive experience with account changes, insurance claims and questions of upgrade cost not to mention the dreaded data usage questions. My wife and I travel the country for our small business and we have not found a better brick and mortar Verizon store. We were polite and patient with the staff and they reciprocated far above and beyond, they quite literally treated us as new close friends ;) This review may sound fabricated or bought to some (it would to me) but I can assure any reader that though cleche' this store location in Redwood Falls Mn is clean, friendly and understands we are all people and should be treated as we want to be treated. My only hope is; those that take this review to heart do not abuse the kind nature and good hearts of this...

If I could give a lower than one star I would. They are nice to work with but very incompetent. Wanted galaxy watches and were told what the price would be and after reviewing the paperwork it was way higher than we were told. Next day returned the watches for a full refund. I has charged a buy out fee for 1 of the 2 watches that were returned. I called Verizon for the refund and they say the warehouse never received one of the watches so I had to buy it out. I have been fighting with them for over 3 months now an have NOT received a refund. This is unacceptable and now have to try to get them to find a missing watch. How is this my problem? I don't know if they can be trusted to do things right. WILL NOT RECOMEND DOING BUSINESS AT THE REDWOOD B-MOBLE /...

Hailey has been great everytime I go there. She knows her stuff and is super friendly. Will go back to her everytime. Update Hailey is still amazing as ever. She knows my name when I go in. Even tho it's only every 3 to 5 months. It doesn't sound like a big deal but to be known walking into a place u feel more like family. Makes a better experience. I got my bill paid went well. Now verizon on other hand needs to hurry up and get internet out there to a bigger coverage area. I'd like 35 dollar internet b4 yall raise the price again. 🤣 update 11.1.24 Hailey is great.
