Dragon Buffet — Restaurant in Redwood Falls

Food has been always great, but we noticed lately that the Crab and Teriyaki Chicken need better seasoning. More bland than usual. Just a suggestion to improve. We are regular customers and like to support this business. So, giving hints to genuinely help. And the cheese wontons need a cheese, not the sour filling that is currently present. So, there are a few tips for a wonderful restaurant we love. Keep up the great business. Excellent service and great people!

Edit 8/12/25 This restaurant has proved itself over time! The buffets are excellent, absolutely NO complaints! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!😀 The variety is what we love the most, from all the usual, tempting Asian food choices to the seafood buffet which is my personal favorite. The owner/cook is very attentive to all the foods to make sure they are full, fresh, and hot! They even have a dessert buffet with old fashioned ice creams! The staff are all pleasant and attentive, very polite. This restaurant and it's restrooms are clean, and the air is not stuffy from cooking. It is air conditioned and has plenty room for families and couples too. Parking is free and entrance is handicap accessible. Restaurant hours are generous. My SO and I were passing through Redwood Falls and decided to give this place a try. The location was good, atmosphere was also really nice and initially the food also looked good. There were many different choices so we were pretty excited to try things out. We dished up our plates and were immediately disappointed by the blandness of every item. There was very little taste at all on any of their main items. I am not one of those people who has to have things super spicy, but I eat at restaurants like this quite often and there was literally no taste to several of the items. My SO who is a hi-chi cook said he felt that all of it was pre-packaged and just rewarmed. My fiancée and I enjoy this local buffet. Will be coming for take out tonight. When we do eat in. We have our favorite table to sit at. Which has been open every time but once for us. Not the biggest buffet we’ve been to. But we do appreciate the options that this business provides. I have my personal combination of food, that they offer; which satisfy my needs along with my fiancée’s favorite sea food; we will continue to support this local establishment!!!
