After a bad experience here several years ago, anytime we needed new phones we went to the US Cellular store in the Dells. I decided to give the Reedsburg location another shot tonight, but unfortunately it doesn't seem much has changed. We walked in at 5, understanding that it was an hour before closing but hoping that if the employees wouldn't have time to help us they would let us know so we could plan to return at another time. Both employees were engaged with customers when we walked in. We took a seat and waited. We were never acknowledged by the employees during the 45 minutes we were there, until we stood up and moved to the back of the store. At that time one of the employees glanced in my direction then told the customer they were working with, "We close at 6". The other employee appeared to be having a personal conversation with the customer they had just finished helping.
I came in knowing that we might not have time to complete the transaction we came in for, but I would have appreciated if either employee had asked us what they needed so they could have given us a heads up if the customers they were working with wouldn't have allowed for time to get us the information we were looking for today. We will just go to the Dells location in the future. At least they say hello when...
