I just read the review from two weeks ago and canât believe that this guy has my exact experience with the sectional and with Farmers. Last June or July 2021 purchased brown leather sectional and paid $3000 cash and also purchased the warranty. The recliner broke in November of 2021, I called and they said that they would send someone out. No one came I waited. February 2022 came and I called them back and A guy finally came out and said that he had to order parts and he would be back. He never came back I called them back in April and the lady in the phone said that they didnât know anything about my broken recliner and that she would call be back before lunch. It is Now June 6, 2022 and I still have not heard from anyone. I have completely given up because at this point Iâm sure it want ever get fixed unless I have it fixed myself. But I will NEVER purchase anything else from this store again! The stitching was terrible and just kept on unraveling. It wasnât a floor model either it was a brand new couch. A very sad excuse for a brand new couch. I had to literally give the couch away for nothing so that we could get something different because the condition was so bad and it wasnât even a year old. On top of that they will harass you. Theyâll call you multiple times a day and send letters and text messages if you are even 1 day late on payment despite explaining to them that your payment date needs to be changed theyâll refuse to change it and just harass you anyways.
