Jincy's Southern Exchange — Local services in Reidsville

The products I have ordered have been fine. My issue is I placed an order for a particular size dress & somehow it defaulted to a different size. I contacted the shop & was told to return it immediately & I would be given a credit & that hopefully the original size I ordered would be delivered to their store soon as they were sold out. I called the store because it showed my dressed had been delivered 2 days prior to me calling & was told they would look for it. I told her I would hold & once she returned to the phone she stated she found the return. I was then told the lady who does returns was put to the post office and once she returned she would contact me and this was yesterday. She has yet to contact me. I’m extremely disappointed because I keep getting told they are “busy”. Well this is my hard earned money I spent. I have placed orders before however after this order and finding it to so difficult to return an item I will no longer be ordering which is unfortunate. One other footnote: if I can’t get in touch via telephone & I am being told they don’t do messages online what is it I am supposed to do to...

Jincy’s Southern Exchange is by far my favorite boutique to shop at! Jincy and her staff go out of their way to make sure their customers are met with a genuine smile and a helping hand without hovering to make it awkward. I can struggle to put things together sometimes, but they are always willing to help their customers out together the perfect outfit that makes you feel beautiful from head to toe! Their merchandise covers a wide array of needs whether you are shopping for women’s or men’s clothing, accessories, or gifts. The store is super cute and inviting as it strives to meet the needs of those who enter its doors while also offering an online store to accommodate those unable to visit. In one word… AMAZING!!! I have been told several times about this boutique, and my husband insisted on us going today for me to pick out a few things that I liked. That was not a good decision for him (his credit card took a hit) but for me, phenomenal!! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest smiles and the owner was just as warm and welcoming as you can get! They were so energetic and ready to help me and answer all of the questions I had. It is SO clean and SO organized in there, it is an absolute DREAM to walk through. Oh, and ladies, take your husbands… they have a HUGE men’s selection as well. My husband told me on the ride home that I could pick up anything from that side and he would LOVE it.
