The lady at the counter, who I think was named Teena or Tina was absolutely horrible to deal with. I have been going here for years. I will never come back. The last time I went a couple years ago there was an older couple running the show and the enthusiastic younger gentleman who always kept my experience enjoyable. The three of them were professionals and I would’ve left a 5 star review had I left one then. But now I will be going to the AMC. The theater was not kept clean and the girls working there were on their phones and sitting on a counter. When I went to the bathroom it was not clean, the floors in the theater were sticky, and I have never experienced such a popcorn mess in a theater. This place is unkept and I don’t even feel like it deserves one star. Being back the people that care. This is ridiculous. Get a new manager that cares about people and hire people that will work behind the counter while getting paid. Sitting on your butt is no way to make a living. Put those...

I took my young son here for his first movie recently. We had a great time! Additionally, staff went above and beyond to work with us regarding his food allergies. I reached out ahead of time to ask about the popcorn/oil/seasoning ingredients. The employee I spoke to not only checked all the labels, but she was able to send me photos of the nutrition and ingredient labels to check myself. It was so kind of her to take the extra time to communicate...

I have only been to this theater twice. It's a quaint and clean, not to mention local indoor theater with plenty of seating. It's in a great location and beats the long drives to Valpo, Merrillville, and Lafayette (ESPECIALLY when bad weather hits, Hoosier's, you know what I'm talking about〕. When you just HAVE to see that new blockbuster movie 🎥〔"Ketchup and Mustard" ..IYKYK〕 you've been waiting for! Great fun for all! 👍 And don't forget the 🍿 😋 ...
