eton Lakes is one of those rare municipal courses that really stands out. With three distinct 9-hole courses to choose from, it feels like a new experience every time you play. Each layout has its own personality—whether you're navigating water hazards, tight tree lines, or wide-open fairways, there's a challenge waiting without it ever feeling overwhelming.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. They keep the pace moving without rushing anyone, and it’s clear they care about the course and the people who play it.
The course itself is in great shape and offers a good balance—challenging enough to keep seasoned players on their toes, but still fun and accessible for casual golfers. Teton Lakes is a great spot whether you're looking to test your skills or just enjoy a relaxing round in a beautiful setting. Highly...
Read moreCame here for a good Tee time and an amazing day. The course it's self is very aesthetically pleasing. However, there are way to many negatives to equal out any of that. They do not provide a hole book/pamphlet/poster... walkthrough or anything resembling that. It's basically a game of hide and find the correct hole. They do have a cart boy that drives around pretending to be helpful. Good luck getting his attention for some assistance. And then there was the water, everywhere. The hazards are fair enough to avoid, that is not what I'm talking about. It was basically a marsh. We had water up to our ankles in places. Standing water while going to the green. It was horrible. Will not be coming back to this course not even as a ride along. Nope nope nope nope NOPE.. (not able to post a picture of the evidence, will post one when I get...
Read moreHad a WONDERFUL day golfing here. Course is in great shape, reasonably priced and has an interesting layout. We were visiting from out of town and hadn't played here before so navigation was a little tricky.
There were a couple of times where I couldn't figure out which fairway I was supposed to be hitting to, or which green was ours. I think they could do a better job helping folks along. We met another group out there that had the same issue and was playing on the wrong green.
By the end of our round the wind was howling which made things kinda interesting.
Oh how I loved driving in that high-elevation air of Rexburg. The ball just flies here compared to my sea-level home course.
I'd recommend this course and would play again in...
