George and Bristel were great to work with for our wedding! From the time we met them at a wedding expo, to the tastings and logistics and planning, to the wedding day. Everything was so incredibly smooth! We spoke about popcorn flavors mid afternoon one day and the next day at 10am, all our flavors showed up in the mail plus some extra flavors! I was floored in the speed of service. To coordinate gelato tasting, they had packaged up 20 some flavors and brought them to a wedding that happened to be taking place 30 minutes north of our home in Sheboygan. We quick slipped in and slipped out with the pre-scooped gelato cups. They are so incredibly fast in their email and phone communications. I cannot recommend enough!! Our guests absolutely LOVED the popcorn and gelato, it was a super affordable cocktail hour option for us. I think looking back, I would have announced to our guests that the gelato was getting packed up at the beginning of dinner... (but it's just more leftovers...

11/13 UPDATE: Received phone call from shop and they offered to ship another order using a revised method. Can't say whether the result will improve, but I must give another 2 stars for excellent customer service. Thank you!

Don't waste your time or money unless you are actually visiting the store!

2.5 stars for the chocolate covered coconut dough and cappucino meltaways. They are fresh and delicious.

0 stars for the chocolate covered cherries (and the most expensive part of the order)! They were a total disaster! Crushed and all fluid drained in the box. How can you ship them in a flimsy candy box with one very thin sheet of bubble wrap and NOT expect them to be destroyed. The UPS box was not even marked "Fragile" or "Handle with Care".

Totally disappointed and will never buy again until more thought and care is put into shipping practices....

5 STARS!!!! I wish I could give more! George was an absolute delight and honestly the nicest and most thoughtful person I have ever met. I am getting a gelato bar for my wedding and he took the time out of his day and showed my mom, my finance, and me all their flavors, had us try flavors, and even went above and beyond with letting us also try popcorn flavors. I highly recommend Fun Factory Sweet Shoppe for anyone who is having a wedding, get together, event, or whoever just wants amazing gelato!

UPDATE: We got married this past weekend and had the gelato bar and a popcorn bar for our guests. It was absolutely amazing! Every person was saying how delicious everything was and there were many people who would continue to go up for more and more. I'd highly recommend them for any event!
