Dollar General — Local services in Rhodhiss

This evening my husband and I went to pick up last minute items at 8:09 p.m. and when we went to checkout with Jasmine she had a problem scanning our paper $5 off coupon which after several tries she could not get it to scan. The manager on duty helped her to complete. My husband and I pushed our cart out of the way and proceeded to grab our bags leaving the cart inside as we were parked in the handicap spot right in front. As we were putting our items in the car, that same manager on duty rolls the cart out the door and violently slams it into the buggy rack. There were no other buggies in the rack so it made quite a statement on his part since the action was actually quite loud and very alarming to everyone nearby. The workers are expected to stock the shelves and run a register simultaneously. Since the cashiers are stocking they can't keep an eye on the front which usually causes plenty of opportunities for theft. If there are not a lot of customers, it never fails, I have to hunt down a cashier. Now don't get me wrong, the cashiers are awesome. It's the way that store is run and managed. Also, ladies, make sure you don't bring your purse in with you because they assume that every woman with a handbag is planning to steal. I've even seen them first hand accuse a woman who had a bag. Heck, They've done it to me twice before I finally remembered to stop bringing my purse. Very poor management and a very ignorant manager. Fire the current biligerant manager and the store will...

They can go weeks without restocking many items!! I've NEVER BEEN ANYWHERE and stood in line so long.!! They have 2 registers and only run one!! If I'm 2nd or 3rd in line, I'm there 30 minutes till I can check out. It's the only store besides a convenient store in town.
