My wife and I are very pleased with the care that the staff has provided her mother at the Rich Square rehabilitation center. On a scale of 1 to 10, we're giving it a 9. We would have given the rating of 10, had it not been for an elderly resident gentleman roaming the halls without his mask in plain view of everyone. All of us together, staff, residents and visitors need to work together to do everything we can to lower the risks COVID-19. I had my brother there for respite care due to the passing of my father. The facility itself was very nice and staff took care of my brother needs to there best abilities because he is total care but what bothered me the most he came fully dressed and plenty of his own clothes to wear that has his name on it but when it was time for him to come home 17 days later nothing was returned blankets lost, his special cup gone and medicine not returned. Rich Square health care nursing home is one of the worse ones I have ever been to. The lady in the business is so rude and ugly. She has a very ugly attitude with the people that comes and try to see their love ones. I don’t know who hired her but whoever did need to think about some things longer.
