Sharp Energy — Local services in Rich Square

I really wish I could give zero stars. I definitely do not recommend. If I had ANY other option I would use that but unfortunately they have a monopoly on my town. I paid in full for my heat and at 1pm on Friday they "were done for the day" so couldn't deliver until NEXT FRIDAY. OH but wait OF COURSE for a fee they could deliver on Monday OF COURSE. So, here I sit with no heat while it is snowing and won't have any until Monday even though I paid (PLUS EXTRA FEE FOR EARLY DELIVERY) to have heat. Terrible service and don't worry, I am telling EVERYONE about it (if I don't freeze to death first). I really hope none of my pipes burst. Since I changed to sharp/diversified , every one i have had contact with has been blessing. Joseph leggett and crew were amazing to watch them work together at my home,and if this gas company ever quits I will go electric. Keep doing what you do from the office personal to the delivery people and the technicians yall are the best by far. Thanks for everything you did at my home....
