(5 STARS) I REALLY WISH THERE WAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE THIS BUSINESS (Edward Ark Print Shop) 10 STARS!! This review is a little late coming… Edward Ark Printing/DTF Printing has been a lifeline for my business. My entire experience has been positive. Mr. Ark has been incredibly helpful and responsive from my very first inquiry. His guiding me through the design and ordering process is the best I have encountered from a company. The DTF transfers are of a fantastic quality, with vibrant colors and gives a sharp, durable print that withstands many washings. Mr. Ark has always delivered ahead of schedule even when I’m operating with a tight deadline. In July 2025 I was working with a family that had an unexpected loss of a family member and needed shirts quickly. Mr. Ark was so patient and understanding when I kept coming back requesting additional dtf transfers at the last minute. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, ensuring satisfaction before purchasing. Mr. Ark, thank you so much… Your prices are competitive, making it of excellent value. The customer service is a JOKE. I don’t know if the heavy set lady who works here is the owner or what. She kept cutting me off while I was talking, her tone of voice was unfriendly, hostile and rude. She was questioning me about things I already told her and making comments I did not ask for. (Just let me shop! You weren’t any help when I asked!!) Then when I was looking in certain sections I’m getting comments of her telling me what section I’m in I KNOW WHAT SECTION IM IN LADY, I asked you questions and was cut off and barely helped. It is not my fault you hate your job, having a bad day or insecure, talk to God or your parents about it. Whatever it is, stop taking it out on customers, if you are the owner SHAME ON YOU. Fix your attitude and service skills. She also made me feel rushed. I just quit responding to her, she wasn’t worth an argument. They did have some of what I was looking for though. I’m surprised this establishment has 5 stars, but hey what can I expect from River Oaks. I’ll stick to Orland Mall. I see the responses to some of the other comments which are very unprofessional, no one is trying to “tear down” black owned business” your service just sucks! Take the feedback and do better. I can’t say enough good things about Edward and his shop. He was able to start an order for me via email and finish it up for me in person despite a miscommunication on my part within twenty minutes. Edward has a selection of blank shirts in store, but also allows his customers to bring in their own tshirts to print on for further customization.

The turnaround time is unheard of. I ordered two more shirts and told him to take his time. He said he would have them done today. I could not have ordered a shirt online and received it, (even without the specification in which i wanted it) and expected it within those time constraints. Edward is a kind business owner with excellent customer service skills. I would recommend his shop to anyone seeking fabric printing of any kind.

Update: I love the way the lettering is printed into the polyblend tshirts and they are just nice feeling material. The cotton is a print on type design which is very nice too. But i just like the way this type blends out and not having a print on tee that tends to get beat up quicker. So nice being able to have these options locally and for such a...
