VERY long review:

In all of my years, despite the fact that I have had undesirable service countless times, I have NEVER written a review...EVER. However, when it comes to my daughter and her disappointment, that is when I will take a moment out of my time in order to do so. This is going to be a long post, but bear with me because I may be able to help someone else. The owner may have thought that I moved on and/or forgot about what occured but that could be further from the truth. I just had to put a plan B in place and focus on my daughter's party and KNEW that I would revisit this once that concluded. Thankfully, Glamourday Spa came through in the clutch and provided a WONDERFUL experience for my daughter and her friends that they have still been talking about. She was delightful....book with her!!!

Amazing experience from the beginning to the end! Booked a party for my daughter. She and the other kids had an absolute blast, but I have to highlight how smooth they make the process for parents. They take care of EVERYTHING! (the invitations, the experience, all of the decorations, managing the kids, serving their food, gift bags, photos and videos, etc.) It's such an easy lift for parents, you literally just show up with food and a cake and you are good-to-go. It's such a beautiful space, They also have a lounge for parents to relax. We came for a birthday party last year, and knew we wanted to have one here. All of the parents that came were saying they are now wanting to do the same for their kids. 1000% recommend and we will most certainly be back. I wish I could upload video to really show how beautifully the party room was decorated, but here are a couple of photos of the birthday...

Totally Posh was absolutely exceptional!!! The owner Shaunie was direct, punctual, and up front about every charge, item included and details. As a mom who was 7 months pregnant at the time, it was a breathe of fresh air to not have to worry about things like decor, napkins, cups, utensils or serving food!!

Her assistant was also kind and patient with the kids. I mean, the process was so easy that Shaunie kept having to tell me to sit down because I just knew at some point she was going to need me, she didn't.

The parents lounge is comfortable, quiet, and spacious if you have other toddlers as well. If you are thinking about celebrating a little girl here for her birthday, or just to let her know how special she is, do it!!
