Horrible experience. I wasted about 2700 dollars with them. The installer, left oil all over my headliner, they broke several pieces of plastic while routing cables, every time I opened or closed one of my doors the subs would go crazy. One of the subs was damaged. The list goes on and on. So when I brought it back. The female owner denied everything. I took pictures and everything. So I waited like a month for Brian to come back from where ever his secret location was. He came back and tried to make it right. He found out that one of the installers that worked on my vehicle was a mechanic and he indeed left oil on my headliner. He rewired my system correctly so that my subs wouldn't go crazy when the doors open . He basically cleaned up the mess that was done. Which is crazy because I specifically requested him to do my install from the beginning because he has done great work for me in the past. I never received an apology front his wife as all she did was deny and lie. After making several trips to there shop on my time and expense. Brian rectified the situation, so I let it go and chalked it up as a bad experience lesson learned. But then about a month in a half later the system one component at a time started failing with the lock pick. So I called back and schedule appointments with Brian as I will not deal with his lying wife. I made 2 attempts to bring vehicle back, Brian was never there just Mr 50 doing window tinting. So I paid for backup camera, hands free Bluetooth, screen mirroring etc. Which everything stop working in a period of about 2 months. Now it's affecting my charge systeme. I tried to let it go but I have no choice but to pursue legal action. ...

Thanks to my bro, Stoph’s original recommendation and introduction, I’ve known Celeste and BJ at Hotwire for a few years now. Since then, I’ve brought over multiple vehicles of my own to be tinted and even recommended friends and family members for tints, remote starts, and sounds. Each time has been nothing less than a great experience! Most recently, I brought my latest vehicle in for tints, and for the first time, a remote start install (since each of my previous ones have all had factory systems). When I tell you that Celeste communicated with me every step of the way to ensure on time drop off and pick up times because of my busy work schedule, as well as answered any questions I had to pick out the best remote start system for my needs, she just solidified why I will continue to do business with them! And as for BJ, as always, he also made me feel like a VIP client, walking me through the functions of my new system and how to manage everything from the key fobs down to working my Carlink app! As an added bonus, he even made sure my factory key fobs were programmed to do the remote start for me as a backup! (Mind you, there is no dedicated remote start button on my factory remotes!) I said it before, and I’ll say it a hundred more times, THANK Y’ALL BOTH AGAIN, SO MUCH!!! Brian and Celeste at Hotwire are wonderful to work with. Before purchasing my remote starter, I asked them to verify if any additional parts would be needed to minimize surprise expenses and they were happy to spend their time and work with me. Since I've never had a remote starter, I appreciated the time they spent with me in managing my expectations of the unit I was about to purchase. They installed my new unit flawlessly and in a very timely manner. They were polite and professional and very kind people. Sadly through no fault of theirs, the unit itself required some updates that required additional visits for Hotwire to make said updates and they did so very quickly. They worked with me over the phone to try and minimize my inconvenience of having to drive the car back to their shop. Their customer service is above and beyond what I'm used to in today's society.
