Smooth experience. All you need is a water bill and a driver's license. Hard hat and vest is required for exiting the vehicle, and will be provided by them if necessary. It's the first dump I've been to that was inside. That was kinda interesting, but it also kind of boxed in the smell a little bit. Oh well, it is a dump lol.

All in all, it was free (as long as you're a Richardson resident), easy, and a quick in and out to dump about 1100lbs of flooring, and the people at the window were very helpful and courteous informing us of all the necessary...

It was a really cool experience. I was nervous about going but they have their system down to a science. We had a truckload of trash to empty. The guy at the gate booth handed us a hardhat and vest for everyone leaving the car, made the rules really clear, and directed us to the right area.

It was super easy, in and out, and very cool to watch the machines move the trash around while our truck was being unloaded. 100% I will be doing this again now that I know...

Do not use this place. 52 for one mattress because I live in an apartment in PLANO. Also saying you refuse service if people won't let you hold their debut card while they're there is awful practice with the amount of bank fraud these days.
