I highly recommend Beacon Power for your generator needs. My son has a brain injury and is reliant on 4 different machines daily. I thought I was prepared for the big storm that was coming through central MS yesterday, only to realize that the generator that I had purchased from a neighbor, wasn't working. One call to Beacon...and Garland was on his way to my home... literally just ahead of the storm. He was super kind and informative. He made certain that I would not be without power in case the storm caused my power to go out. You don't find that kind of customer service very often anymore. He was a blessing sent to us yesterday. They came out to look at my generator because I wanted it leveled up because the previous Generac dealer had installed it incorrectly. Beacon power sent a guy to look at it and he switched my power off and on and slammed the power box door and did not level the generator and now the are sending me a bill for inspecting my generator system and inspecting placement gas sizing?? And electrical system. $145 for nothing. Don’t do business with them. Attitude was because I showed up at your house and looked at your generator you owe me money.
