The experience was overall good. We was met as soon as we came in by a saleswoman who asked if she could help us. We stated we was just going to look around. She was not pushing and gave us space but she remained close enough to answer questions about the products on the floor. Then when we made our selection she had a great description and how the process worked for our purchase and delivery. We would have like to have done a full review a few weeks after receiving our order to be able to give a full review of the delivery process and the product. So this is not a final rating based on that fact.

Our salesman was a very nice man and not pushy. My only complaint is that he neglected to inform me that my 10 yr mattress warranty would be voided if there was the slightest stain. He had mentioned buying an expensive mattress cover but did not inform me of the true importance of buying it. The lady who checked us out is the one who made us aware of this info. I then explained to him that he should have explained that to us and in the future to not neglect doing so. He seemed offended which was not my intention because he had been a good one up until this point. Did he apologize? No. Did that make me feel different about him? Yes. The shopping experience was very good sales person was helpful. Delivery was good however when I needed help getting a part for my recliner that the motor burnt upon the experience was not very helpful. I purchased the complete living room suit in 2018 and by the end of 2022. The arm on the loveseat was completely broken from very little use. The motor went out on my electric recliner when I contacted the store for help ordering a new motor I was told this furniture had been discontinued to contact the manufacturer upon contacting the manufacturer I was told that they did not sell to the public, and that the furniture store would have to order this for me so now less than five years after purchasing a complete living room set I’m down to only having a couch will never purchase anything...
