I LOVE Sands Company Jewelers! I shopped at no less than 12 different places to buy my future wife her engagement ring. The staff here is by far the best to work with! They make customer service their number one priority and really take their time to help you get the most bang for you buck. I never felt pressured to buy nor did it feel like a "sales" environment like you get with the big chain stores. The center stone I got was larger than I thought I could afford and I didnt have to sacrifice on cut, clarity, color or most importantly my budget. The setting was exactly what I hoped to find after doing months of research online and on pinterest. If you don't see the perfect ring at the store they will custom make one for you to your exact specifications! I will definitely be recommending my friends to go see Steve and his staff. Sands company jewelers never ceases to amaze me. After a few back and forth emails with steve, I was able to explain to him what exactly I was looking for. And he searched to the ends of the Earth to find a handful of stones that fit the description. I think he had Stones brought in from guatemala, argentina, brazil, everywhere. Anywhere and everywhere he could think to find them. A day at the office discussing what was right and what was wrong. We had a game plan and I received a CAD program not long after.
