I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to write about my experience with Budget Glass. I had a couple of broken windows and had received the runaround from another un-named glass company. Then I called Budget Glass and spoke to Mike. He was great to speak with on the phone and very helpful. When I went to their shop I spoke to Sharon (and Mike again) ... they were very pleasant and accommodating. They showed me how to save more money and my price was lower from them than anyone else I spoke to. Not only that, I dropped my order off at 4:30pm and they had the windows ready the next morning compared to the other companies that told me it would be 3-4 days. So the bottom line ... better price, faster service and pleasant people to work with. They will get all my business moving forward! Highly...

My dad contacted Richmond Budget Glass Company on Tuesday to inquire about replacing the glass on our RV while working on Tuesday. We spoke with a representative of the company who gave us different glass options along with a possible estimate. After having this conversation, we proceed to have the glass of RV removed Friday morning. After this was done we contacted Budget Glass to replace the glass as discussed the previous day; we get a response from a different representative saying they don’t do this type of thing and was referred to another company. Budget Glass replaced my sliding glass door recently. They were pleasant to deal with & charged fair prices in comparison to other quotes. The installer Jeff was professional and conscientious in his work. He encountered a problem and took his time carefully correcting it making sure everything was done right.

I appreciate that he also went out of his way to make adjustments to get my screen door to latch again as it hadn’t prior to the install. It was reassuring that employees seem happy to work here & are treated like family, as Jeff explained. Just goes to show, people who are appreciated will always go above & beyond.
