China Dragon — Restaurant in Richmond

Very bad service, picked up several orders of Chinese food two of the three orders really didn't have an issue with third order that was sealed in a plastic container will set aside for my wife for her to enjoy when she got off work.

Placed her order in the microwave for her to enjoy when she got off of work. Picked her up and she was dishing out the food onto a paper plate and found one long strand of black hair in the food and she was highly upset!

Told her no problem, would call them back and have the problem resolved. Spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining the problem and they confused that with my placing a new order. I continued to explain several times of our problem then finally she said I purchased the food over an hour ago and they would NOT look at it and they basically hung up the phone in my face!!!

There are several choices in the richmond area to choose from, but please make this restaurant last on your list.

Bad service and no regard to a customer complaints.

DO NO SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE BECAUSE UNLESS YOU CHECK EVERYTHING AT THE COUNTER THEY WILL NOT...

Husband and wife I'm guessing rude as hell on the phone and in person first and last time is order from them The man was so rude rushing me to take my order then rude for no reason then I get there I tell the woman what I ordered she I specifically asked for duck sauce soy sauce and hot sauce she gives me soy sauce and hot sauce so I politely walk back to the window and I say ma'am I should standing there I had to say it three times she finally decided to acknowledge me I said may I have some ducks sauce she gave me two duck sauce so then I asked her is there any way that I could have more she says whatever she says that I didn't understand so I go get my bag I bring it back to it her she can see that she didn't give me any she counts the sauce in my bag and then proceeds to take out some of the sauce that she had already put in there and then gives me two more ducks sauce

Nasty rude...

This place have a very RUDE customer service employees. They take your order like, you most have to hurry up, or they'll ignore you for a while, i bough here few meals right the first time, right and i asked for Ketchup bags the Chinese man, hand out only 2 small little bags, I looked at him, i said i spend almost 40$ here and you're only can give me two bags. All he did was walked away. I thought he may had a bad day. Well i tried one more time, i went they with my friend he spend 20$ and asked them for Ketchup bags and the Chinese Lady hand out only 2 amall little bags to my friend, he got really upset, i told him, Let just go. Just ask for more extra for your foods, they'll not be to happy to give out...
