Jules Antiques and General Store — Local services in Richmond

(This review has been edited to reflect changes.) Great store and beautiful items, however they have a no return policy and when the clerk was packing an item I heard the tiniest clink as they were putting 6 items in one paper bag it didn't sound loud very quiet however when un bagging my items I found what had clinked was a 45$ depression glass dish that has a beautiful design and there is now a long Crack running through the whole side. I know for a fact it wasn't there because I took my uv light with me just to be sure. (Edit/Update) owner has reached out to me and been in contact for a refund of my purchase where I gave my card info as of now I am changing my review to reflect this in good faith as this shows exceptional responsibility and is a direct reflection of a good business person. The piece is a sad thing but I will definitely be shopping here more frequently and look forward to my next purchases. Sorry for the misunderstanding and jumping the gun...

I came here about a week ago, I have driven up and down this road for years and have always wanted to check out this place. I have been going to a lot of antique shops, flea markets, salvation army, savers on the hunt for board games, some back issues of comics, DVDs. One of the best Antique Stores in Rhode Island. The joy is looking and finding unique treasures inside. You can spend a great amount of time just going through it’s large two story building searching for old and new antiques. They are constantly stocking and restocking new collection items. We love buying lovely collectibles and find ourselves coming back often to shop at this friendly neighborhood General Store. Their welcoming customer service is top notch.
