Little Buddy Farm — Local services in Richmond

Zero respect for service animals! When I told the gentleman my dog was a service dog his answer was if we could have animals in here we would have our cat??? Like what your going to compare your cat to my highly trained service dog? So I was told I could not bring her in even thought she had documentation from doctors (mine) vets, and trainers stating she is my trained service dog….when I offered to bring her paper work in I was told I could come in with her, but we would be rushed out…..nothing like discriminating against a disability, and a service dog! I actually could get lawyers involved in this situation, and this dispensary should probably look into that! Don’t use the excuse of other dogs that have been in there because other dogs do not compare to highly trained service dogs…..sad part they provide medicine! Oh and my service dog is 6 lbs, and held in my arms, but such a problem! I tried to call, and give them a second chance, and was met with you can bring her in but we will rush you out…..nothing thank you I’d much rather go to places that respect service animals, and the work that they do! First time visiting today price are great and the staff is amazing and live how they set things up inside so comfortable feeling definitely will be returning and spreading nothing but good word's for them I'll definitely make sure my friends know to stop by . Thank you 😊
