Had them put on new tires, brake pads and change oil. They did a great job. Not only that their quality of work is superb, there quality of service is amazing. I saw the mechanic bring his jack across the street to help a lady and her daughter with a flat tire. He put the spare tire on the car for them, brought it back to the shop and started to look for a puncture. The usual soapy water and then the tire in a tub of water. It was a cold day. I wouldn't have done all that getting my hands and shirt wet. He was very careful about it, too. He didn't find any. What he said to them next was really impressive. He told them "I haven't find a puncture yet but it is unusual that the tire gets that flat without a puncture. I would like to put some air in and wait to see if it holds. If it does, I will put it back on your car. If you want to come back in 20 minutes, I should be done" I mean, a decent mechanic would've slap that thing back on and send them on their way. The bad ones (and there are many) will sell them a new tire anyway. This man took his time to take care of the lady and her daughter. The lady came back later and he had the tire back on. That lady must have said "Thank you" like hundred times before she left. To make things even crazier, a car came in later to deliver parts and he helped her with her car, too! She wasn't even a customer! I was standing there pretending to mind my own business with my car but it was really impressive. This was the most pleasant visit to a car mechanic I've ever had. They have a simple online appointment system with which I made an appointment, they sent an email reminder before the appointment, I arrived on time, and they immediately brought my car into the garage. I didn't have to remind them what I wanted; they got right to it. In less than an hour, they were done. Payment was simple. I've had so many bad experiences with mechanics who try to awkwardly upsell me on their services, make me wait an unbelievable amount of time, and make up problems that don't need to be fixed, so I was kind of shocked how easy these guys made the whole visit feel. I was looking for a new place to get my oil changed since the dealer was getting out of control expensive. I googled places near me and settled on this place because all their reviews were excellent and they were 4 minutes away from me. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time, was taken right away and was finished super quick. They are very professional and friendly. They did not try to push services on me.
