Beware if you have something repaired here to be overcharged. My poor neighbor had his mower here for over a month then gets a bill worth more than the mower is worth. Good thing I went with him because they overfilled the oil, never changed the oil filter, never aired his tires, and never greased one single grease zerk on his unit. He was charged for services that was never performed. I'd warn you to be sure that you tell them to call you before they go above a certain amount. It's very disheartening that they would take advantage of a customer like that. They even charged him for the time they have in it figuring out a mistake that THEY made. I truly should mind my own business for this but my neighbor is a great man that didn't deserve to take a hit like this. Our campground Honey Wagon broke down and we called multiple industry experts and small engine repair shops who could not help us or even look at it for days. One business told us it's not possible to repair. I called AG Pro in Monroeville thinking maybe they might be able to help. I spoke with Larry, he was straight on with the right questions, knew what he was taking about, knew what was wrong, and said he can help us out right away and bring it in. A convenient place to buy John Deere and get parts for it. They are a Stihl dealership too. I recommend Stihl chainsaws but nothing else. My Stihl string trimmer was well maintained, and it wore out pretty quick compared to the cheap Walmart brands. My FS38 lasted about 4 years and it needs a new carburetor. Service department needs to treat their customers better when it comes to labor costs. Charging twice the full rate for service on the same part isn't good. I'm going back to cheap brand gas string trimmers. John Deere Z-trak mowers are high quality equipment. Honda push mowers are high quality. Battery operated Stihl blowers are iffy, poor engineering but it still works. Hopefully Stihl improves their equipment and can be considered next to none but they're not quite there...
