4/24/25 Steven Tollison and Shaw Ferguson did my semi annual HVAC service on my home and two rental houses. Jerry Foshee was at one of rental houses to take care of the water heater flushing. As usual, they were prompt and communicated well. All three houses were done in short order. Steven has done a great job keeping my units in good shape!
12/18/24 Had parts on my rental house hvac replaced by Steve Tollison. He has helped to keep this older unit running smoothly.
10/9/24 Steve Tollison did a semi annual HVAC maintenance for my home and 2 rental houses. As usual, very courteous and professional. Heās the only one I ask for. Josh Varner also showed up and he too was courteous and professional. Comfortech keeps my HVAC systems in peak condition. I will continue to use them.
8/11/24 Austin Kraemer came out to fix a thermostat issue. Was on time and very courteous. Issue was resolved quickly.
4/15/24 Mark Murphy came by my rental house and flushed my hot water heater. This is routine maintenance with their Advantage Plan. Mark was very courteous and professional and finished in a timely manner.

Had Comfortech Service Experts do a duct modification on my house. The original ductwork simply wasnāt designed properly for a single 5 ton unit to supply a 2800 square foot house. One side of the house was comfortable, while the other side was not. Joshua King, Chris Wilson and Kenny Collins did the work. Now both sides of the house feel the same, as they should. Thanks guys! I use CSE for my home and several rental properties I own, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them!

This just further proves how bad their customer service is. Iām so dissatisfied with my service. No apology, no response, nothing.
I will never recommend Comfortech to anyone. We started business with them in April 2022. We got on their Advantage plan and have had a good bit of work done and somehow also were signed up on 2 other monthly maintenance plans. I was told by customer service recently that I did not need to be on these 2 monthly plans because the Advantage plan covered everything. I was told I could be refunded for the 17 months I paid. It has been a nightmare trying to get anyone to help me with this. I have been trying for over a month now. Someone named Cassie supposedly issued the refund last month and I still have not received it. I call in to try and get this handled and every time Iām told someone will have to call me back but no one ever does. I talked to someone named Ian earlier this week who was supposed to be āemailingā their GM Because they can never just transfer me to who I need to talk to. But of course I have not been reached out to by the GM either. I highly regret doing any business with this company. I have never seen such horrible customer service. They literally only respond if itās something you have to pay them for.

They never did get the Central unit working. When they got here the unit would cutting on but the fan was spinning in slow mode. The control board was flashing. It is now disabled. 2- They said the unit would not power up. They said the plug in the attic was bad. It was working fine. I plugged it in before they arrived, and it came on and the control board was flashing. 3- It is now disabled and not working after they finished working on it. 4- They told me that I had to have a new Central unit , for $15,000. 5- This invoice that I was emailed, says that the Balance Due is $105.93. I paid $325.28. 6- They activated my outside fan manually and said I had to replace the compressor. It has been working fine. 7- The first quote for the visit was $1,800. Then the tech said he could get it down to $900.00 today. He said that I could pay $500.00 today and set up a payment plan. 8- Then I asked to see what I was being charged $900.00 for. On that invoice was a $500.00 charge for a capacitor. I did not need it. My capacitor was working fine. I paid $25.00 at Ace hardware. 9-The next charge was $250.00 for a Transformer , My Transformer was working fine. $40.00 at Home depot. I told the tech to remove their $500.00 capacitor and the $250.00 Transformer. I paid $325.28. The invoice that I was emailed, says that the Balance Due is $105.93. I paid $325.28.
