I had a home warranty that was supposed to cover my AC when it went out but of course they didn’t do anything waste of time and money. So I saw an advertisement for Dent and how you can finance a knew unit. I knew we would need a knew unit because I had the issue diagnosed with another tech and the issue was my compressor had gone completely out in my unit due to the age of the unit 12-15 years old. So after being approved for a loan from Dent I called and had them come out and give me a quote to replace just the outside unit and the quote to replace the outside was exactly what I was approved for and so my husband and I decided to go through Dent and we absolutely loved it they explained everything thoroughly made sure we understood everything. Not to mention extremely fast on getting us taken care of like we were top priority I was absolutely amazed and how quick it was handled especially since before we were without AC for almost a month when I called. I called on Wednesday evening to see about getting a quote and they sent the tech to give us a quote the next day Thursday. Then when everything worked out with the quote and financing we asked how soon could they have installers out to replace our unit this was on Thursday afternoon and amazingly enough they had the installers out Friday morning installing our new unit. When I say fast I mean fast we called on Wednesday and wasn’t sure how long the process would take but since we had already been approved they were out first the next morning for the quote and then first thing the following morning to install in conclusion they treat their customer like a a priory so much so that on Thursday when they said they wouldn’t be able to get out until the next morning to install they offered to being us a windows unite to use until Friday free of charge until they had unit up and running again of course we thanked them but declined since we already had a window unit. If your on the fence about this place don’t be I promise you will not be let down the only bad thing is they are expensive they will give you a quote to replace both inside and outside but we stuck to what we needed which was just outside and ur quote was expensive but with the price of everything now everything is much more expensive then it used to be so it’s understandable and with the type of service you will receive it is 100% worth every dime! What I didn’t mention is that our previous outside unit was a cheap knock off of the good ones which is a Goodman but the one they replaced it with was a TRANE and I promise you it was a lot bigger and made a huge difference inside cause it is so much cooler in our house now then it ever was with our Goodman!!! I promise you will not be disappointed with them!!! When you need someone to quote you ask for Orby Renfroe he is wonderful!!! As for the installer tech ask for 2 Devon Jerrell Barr he was our installer and when he came my husband showed him what our family friend who works on ACs said to make sure they do and he did everything last thing we asked him to do that our family friend advised we should ask for to ensure both our inside and outside units run smoothly and he did it all without question and no further charge which of course he said everything we asked for was part of the quote!! You will not be disappointed with Dent and if you I would advise contacting someone as for my husband and I we had a wonderful and super fast experience to get us up and running again especially since e had been almost a month with no AC during the hottest and worse summer MS has seen is almost 20 years they took car of use quick and extremely well!! Worst experience ever dealing with a plumber if I could give 0 stars I would. So I come across this ad online for Dent ac and plumbing for $99 to clear 1 drain in your home as long as you have a clean out. I figure that's sounds like a good deal being that my regular plumber usually charge about 150 to unclog a drain. So the guy Aaron finally shows up after waiting about a hour and a half of waiting and clearly this guy don't want to be here. He then starts saying that with the deal I was using that its not guaranteed to clear my kitchen sink drain so if he can't clear it it's was going to cost alot more than the special the company was running so right off this guy's trying to up sell me on the service without even trying to unclog my sink. He then proceeded to run the battery operated snake through my sink 1 single time after being outside a whole 2 minutes then calls me outside saying its going to cost way more like yeah I know dude you didn't even freaking try. Then he goes on to try to sell me another method to clear drain for $550. I was like hell no. So then he started packing his stuff up and says the company will send me a bill for the 99 dollars and how he's licensed and bonded and not doing the job for a hundred bucks when he usually makes 180 off that type of job. My thing is if they can't honor the deal they are offering why advertise it if you are going to show up then basically refuse to do the job unless you pay double. So im still stuck with a clogged sink and this piece of trash still trying to bill me without doing any work or even trying. Buyer beware especially if you come across this $99 offer and I still haven't heard from the company after complaining over 24 hours ago just ridiculous. I have called and asked to speak with a manager or owner this was Monday. It is now Thursday and still no call back as of yet. I called twice leaving a message both times. It is hard to address issues when the company won't call you back.

We used this company on a plumbing issue for one of our rental properties. The guy came out and couldn't reach/fix the problem from the roof and told us we needed to have a cleanout installed. This cost $2700 and wasn't needed. This house is on a conventual foundation and he should have looked under the house. There are 2 cleanouts within easy reach. We approved the work to be done trusting him. He installed the cleanout in the front of the house right where the rain gutter water will hit it. The hole that he dug wasn't filled in by the company, so he didn't finish the job. See the last 2 photos one of the mess he left and the other showing the poor placement of the cleanout.

He later sent us a cost estimate wanting us to replace the concrete sewer line of 25' and all of the cast iron pipe under the house at the cost of $13,000.00.

After we saw the concrete pipe he cut out it was clean and with out an issue. We decided to get a second set of eyes on the situation, and they found that the concrete sewer pipe is fine and doesn't need to be replaced. While they were under the house they found that one of the pipes between the kitchen and laundry room was supper clogged. I'm not sure why Dent worker didn't find this massive clog considering he used a video camera. Which he couldn't or wouldn't...
