ALDI — Local services in Ridley Township

I frequent this market sometimes maybe 3-4 times a week as I purchase dinner ingredients for my kids on weeks where I have to go into my Office and work. Well I literally I’m just getting home from shopping after dropping my daughter off at school, I had the weirdest experience one I’ve had at previous markets before which caused me to start purchasing home delivery in the past. I liked my experience in this market before due to me being able to shop and check out without anyone breathing down my neck as if I’m a thief or something. Well today as I unload my cart a young lady associate literally posted a few feet away from my cart and just stood there and watched me unload and ring up along with purchase my items, as I walked away she then uttered “have a nice day”. That was extremely uncomfortable as I felt targeted - I have no intentions on stealing anything no matter where I am shopping. But to have had a store associate stand there and watch me as if I’ve been on their “Radar” is so strange, also as I walked back in to return my cart I checked to see if maybe she was just standing there to probably assist or whatever, no she wasn’t there at all and others were checking out. I say all of this to make people aware - I’m not comfortable being targeted at all, the next time I go into this establishment- if your standing there watching me- please know I will ask why along with management and will video tape your bias. Good food at A great price these day's. Where else can you get A loaf of bread 🍞 for the price from 50 cent to A $1.00? The store is clean the bathroom is clean and well lit. There is A lot of free parking. The staff is always polite, friendly and helpful. The store is handicap accessible with handicap parking right near the front door. You can buy paper or reusable bags or bring your own or use their boxes for free. Does shopping carts require a quarter to use them but you get the quarterback after you're done shopping and replace the 🛒 cart. I just wish they had more locations in the Delaware...

I’m a fan of Aldi‘s and this store is a top-notch example as to why I love to shop this brand of food. Every aisle is in-stock and organized. This store is immaculate; shopping carts, floors, and restrooms are CLEAN. The employees are very sweet and helpful.
