Eugene the owner is a super nice down to earth kinda guy, he and his wife make you feel welcomed. He put in our new engine and transmission. He made sure all was perfect when he installed the new crated engine we purchased from Power Train, you see I had promised my dad I would take him to visit family in California before his 100th birthday which was only a couple months away, when his health just plummeted one day he stopped eating and drinking and won't get out of bed,, but,, for aweek prior expressed how much he missed my mom his wife of 56 years that passed years ago, so needless to say he passed before we were able to visit family,. That's were Noblin Mortuary stepped in, I explained how important it was to get my dad to California and how I had failed him, so, Maritress the director, applied for permits for my husband and I to be my dad's transportation to California( his final resting place) and the the Motorcycle Guardians Association escorted Our truck,, With my Dad's Casket and Us to the Hwy, my dad was a Motorcycle Messenger for WWII so it was a promise kept. Thank you Eugene you helped us keep our word to my dad and now I'd finally resting with my mom for Eternity in the National Cemetery.

I do not recommend this shop at all went in for loud popping noises coming from my left front and a week and a half later got charged for a suspension struts rear shocks transmission mount etc brought it home after paying almost $1,300 just to find out that the popping noise was still there husband has contacted the shop numerous times in regards to this popping noise with no recourse from the shop. Yesterday my husband contacted the shop to tell them just how bad my vehicle is due to the fact that it's now sitting on Jack's due to a tie rod that was hanging on for dear life a bad CV axle and the owner Eugene stated he would come out to look at it and never showed up my husband was out until 8:00 p.m. last night outside working on the vehicle so there was no way he drove by as we are the only house here. I took our 2021 Honda CRV to replace the turbocharger, and unfortunately, the shop did a poor job. I paid The Shop $2600.00. I thought he was qualified enough, my mistake. I then took it to the dealer, Garcia Honda, due to the instrument cluster having gone wild. It turned out the job was done badly. The owner, Eugene, spent hours trying to give me the impression that the problem was unrelated to the warning lights flashing. Garcia Honda immediately realized the problem and had to do the job over again now for another 4600 plus dollars. Now we've had to spend over $6200 to replace the turbocharger again.
