Oasis Laundry Wash & Fold — Local services in Rio Communities

This laundromat is always clean, and the machines are usually well maintained. It does get crowded because men and women know a good laundry when they find one. People there are polite, so i often do my laundry there. The restroom is always clean and well tended with TP, hand soap, and good light, also a door with a good lock. There are monitor cameras in appropriate locations. While there is a spacious parking lot, there are only a few directly in front. There are more machines than folding spaces, and not too many chairs. Quaintly, there is a gumball machine. The TV on the wall is often on Fail Army, or sometimes on a crime report channel but last time i was there it was off. Absolutely rude I’d posted closing time is 10pm shouldn’t it close at 10pm with out harassing customers at 8pm, especially if the attendant is going to talk about smoking crack and the experiences the last time I was here very unprofessional to hire crack smokers to harass people so they can go home and smoke.

(Just to add from your reply) - I did start my wash before the final wash time at 8 the was was 48minutes I put a timer on my phone which the timers on your machines aren’t right and wasn’t able to let my clothes completely dry due to being harassed and on top of that threatening to lock me in the laundry mat is insane to do also I’m not a liar maybe you should do more of a background check and stuff to who you let run your business there was a dude who actually got there after me and he didn’t even get to dry his clothes due to being pushed...

I love the big washers, I was so happy when they opened.They have 6 loaders, 4 loaders, and the regular washers there's away to extend the wash time for 50cents. The front loader aren't my favorite. They usually have grimy build up around the gasket. The dryers all work well, only once have I had a dryer not work. The trash can is too small, and the owners lock the dumpster. The price is good. Most of the time it's to busy for my liking. 6:30a -10pm hours, Last load 8pm.OPEN LATER THAN ANY OTHER in Belen. As more people find out about it the busier it gets.... GREAT FOR OWNERS, BUT it can be way too busy at times, to many ppl to try to get around moving rolling baskets... 24 HOURS...
