Champion Xpress Carwash — Local services in Rio Rancho

I liked the convenience of the location. It is right by my house and I could always get a wash on my way home. Nice to be able to use their towels and etc. The reason for the one star is that recently I went in for a wash and came home. The next day I noticed scratches on my passenger side on both doors to of my truck and part of the bed. I went in to speak with the attendants. I asked, since the have cameras if they could look to see if the scratches were there before I entered. He stated he couldn't show me the cameras due to policy and that their manager had to review the video. Mind you I am not trying to get over on them. I even told them if they could confirm that they were their prior we would leave it as that. They took my info but never contacted me. I am a truck driver so the next time I could go over there would be on the weekend. I spoke to the attendant,( which he remembered me) and said that since I had not returned within 4 hrs there is nothing they could do. I asked if I could see the video, he responded with the same response about not being able to. I contacted customer service and was told claims would get a hold of me. It has been two weeks and I just decided to cancel my subscription. I will still try to get a hold of them but I feel like they know that their machine damaged my truck and are using policy to not be liable. If I am wrong, show...

Worst place ever!!!! We went in on 8-5-22 and had the rudest encounter with an employee who was extremely unprofessional. After being charged for a car wash, we go to use the vacuums and as soon as we parked, we noticed they were turned off. When we asked about the vacuums, not only did we get the shortest answer ever (we close at 7) he rudely walked away. When we asked if there was another time we could come to use the vacuum. He said the vacuums are free. I said, oh that's good, so we can come anytime? He said no, you have to buy a car wash, which makes no sense saying they were free. He then walked away from us saying over and over we close at 7, read the website. We asked why did they let us in to begin with and charge us if they were closed? To which he just walked away. The employee was wearing a backwards hat, dark shirt, and shorts. Another employee, YOUNGER than him, had more professionalism. He looked so confused why that guy acted the way he did.

We had switched over from Mister thinking it might be a better option, seeing it is closer to our home. Now, we canceled our membership, for our other vehicle, and our family and friends have all canceled as well!!! Back to Mister we go! Where management and the owner understand the importance of...

They will damage your car and leave you to pay for it. So the lady taking the and the guy guiding people into the tunnel, don't notice the oversized pickup with oversized wheels and send him into the car wash. We were the next car in line. So the idiot in the big pickup gets scared and slams on his brakes. We have washer wraps on the windshield and didn't notice it until we were bouncing off this guy's ball hitch. The operators stop the car wash and have us all back out. We damned near have a hole in our radiator and the back end is scratched from the truck behind us. So we go in to fill out a form and are told someone might call us in about 3 weeks. When we got home I tried to contact the company only to find there is no way to contact them short of an email form. I left them our information, again, and am now waiting. I see no evidence that this company intends to reach out to us or cover our damages. This business is run like a fly by night 2bit chop shop. Do yourself a favor, steer clear. Oh and look them up in the better business bureau. We haven't filed our complaint yet but it's coming. Stay away if you value your car.
