We were starving when we decided to give Love at First Slice a chance. We had been wanting to give it a try. We were pretty disappointed. The pizza was pretty badly burned on the bottom. I’m personally not a fan of burned pizza. I’m not sure if it sat too long in the oven, but it wasn’t good. The service was really good and she made it pretty quickly. My only complaint, and unfortunately it’s a big one, is the burned pizza. I think only one or two slices out of the 2 larges we ordered were not burned. Hopefully next time it will be better, if we decide to order again.

Awesome hidden gem! A wonderful little pizza food truck nestled conveniently off of Uncer and Cherry. this delicious pizza proprietor is a breath of fresh air in a desolate landscape of non existent food options, the edge of Rio Rancho is in desperate need of food accommodation within a reasonable distance, and this cute pizza place is definitely a step in the right direction, their Italian calzone was incredible and the garden pizza was so tasty with really fresh veggies, finding this place has definitely made this foodies heart happy, keep up the good work 👍

I'll start off by saying this is the best pizza I've had in RR thus far, and the next best is not even close. With that said, however, I did have issues with my order. I ordered 2 pizzas; my first was supposed to be half cheese and half with toppings, but the entire pizza was covered, despite me double checking with them as it was being made. My second pizza was correct, but half of it was burnt (crust and underside). Regardless of this, I will be going back as the pizza was phenomenal (would have rated 5 stars if not for the issues I experienced).

This is more than just an absolutely delicious food truck. The undeniable love and care that is put into every single order that comes in is beyond words. With only the best ingredients and a small kitchen to work with they produce the absolute best food i have ever had! Every thing i have ordered has been amazing!! But let me tell you that their pizza is the pinnacle!! The italian-American culinary focal point! The holy round food triangle of the GODS!!!! Nothing will ever change my mind!! Eating that first bite changed my entire life and i truly understood the name, Love...

Mmm… Love at First Slice makes some goooood pizza! I stopped by to see Amanda and Co. yesterday and took home one of her 14” Hawaiian pizzas… yes, with yummy pineapple (haha) and scarfed it down all by myself (oink – I am such a gluttonous pig!). They're that good! I need to branch out and try some of her toasted sandwiches one day. Amanda’s pizza truck is the way to go if you’re tired of the same ole, same ole (corporate pizza chains). I hope Love at First Slice stays in bin’ness for years to come! Good job, Amanda and Co! Keep up the great work....
