Didn't even want to give it one star. Half the date is snuddy disrespectful don't give a sign about you or anyone in there and the layway staff all except mis janie is not worth their pay I went in on Saturday to get my layway I had enough on my plate to for get that they closed always out on the 10th because on the 10th my mother passed.them snuddy lol want to be adult teenagers back there told me it was canceled I never got a call on the 10th to remind me of it and they just pathetic if you wasn't going to call for a reminder why and the hell would u need my number for I spend anywhere from $200 to $400 a week in this store I make more than in a week than their snuddy lil teenagers do in a month lost my business and taking it to newalbany where I can get better service and more items they don't even carry my dog food that I buy don't even deserve one...

Older gray haired female employee sitting in lawn chairs in garden center and on cell phone. She finally asked by yelling across garden center if she could help me. When I went in to check out, the two employees behind garden center register sent me to sporting goods to check out. The young man there was on his cell phone talking to his insurance company about an auto claim. He ignored me for 5 minutes while he took his personal call. When I worked for Walmart, talking on or otherwise using your cell phone was considered stealing from the company because you were being paid to work, not use personal devices but to actually take care of...

They didn't have cashier yesterday there was 2 if not 3 of us having to pay with check. We asked one of the workers to get the Manger and she never did .we had to go to the service desk and those ladies were not happy at all cause we had to come there we was raising u know what in line cause they would not get the Manger even those ladies would not call the Manger 4 us .I told one the ladies I was sorry for losing my cool she said well I am getting yelled at and I can't help people want show up for work I replied by well I don't get paid to check myself out either.
