I've been going here since I was little, I have always loved Heise! They've made some amazing modifications to the place and it looks and feels so much cleaner. I've had no issues with any employees, they've all been really nice. They also give you fair warning about all of their rules including storms and their policies about lightning and no refunds (you are allowed to come back after the storm has passed.) Read moreI was there with my family. Ages 11-61. The facilities and parking lot was clean. The staff at the front was courteous. Here is the major downfall. One particular male lifeguard would walk behind my daughter and granddaughters while they sit on the side of the pool. NO OTHER LIFEGUARD WOULD BEHAVE THIS WAY. THE POOL IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH TO WARRANT HIS ACTIONS. ALL THE OTHER LIFEGUARDS, MALE AND FEMALE STAYED ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE. AND YES I DID REPORT THIS, TO DEAF EARS. Read moreMy family and I really enjoy Heise Hot Springs. We try to go once or twice a week. It is about a 40 minute drive from Rexburg to get there but our family feels that it is worth it. We really enjoy swimming in general. There we are able to swim year round. The pool is heated to the perfect temp to match the season.
