So I took a recommendation off Facebook and looked up the reviews for a service on my washing machine that had a leak. Communication was good until it came time to do the service. He came initially and diagnosed it with tub bearing and seal failed. Came back after ordering parts and worked on my washer for 1 hour. In that time he asked for a hand saw and a hammer? So did not have proper tools! He then banged for well over 30 minutes and called us down after an hour and said he couldnāt fix the problem and blamed rust and said he couldnāt get the bearing out. He stated something about the motor. My washer never made a sound previously. There was no issue with the motor as the machine was working with a small leak. When I asked if he could at least put my washing machine back as it was functional prior to his arrival and there was only a small water leak he stated āthere no point the washer is done for and if I put it back together Iām going to charge you labor where I wasnāt going to charge you.ā I was scheduled for a 350$ service and now have to replace my whole washing machine. I immediately texted back stating I was unavailable and called the number provided. I was told she would let him know to come later but received no other communication. I called prior to 1pm and was told he was on his way out of town and may not make it today but that she would call him to see if I could get squeezed in during my appointment slot. After that I called and texted several times with no response and I was unsure if I still had an appointment. After over 2 hours I received a text saying ārescheduleā. I communicated that this is unprofessional to provide a window for service but to show up 2 hours before that window without any notice, with no response from this business. I took off work to be available and was not given any explanation or apology for why they were unable to fulfill my appointment. Several hours after being told they needed to reschedule I was texted a date for 2 weeks out which was already what I waited to get this scheduled appointment. They were unresponsive by phone. You came out and said that my machine gave you an error code which meant that I needed a shift actuator and you charged me $160 for labor and parts. I've since messaged you several times in regards to me still having an issue with my machine. I told you that the clothes are still soaking wet after cycles have ended.
