Edit: I was able to come in and not only get a percentage off my next visit, but I was also able to get a replacement wig of my choice at no cost! Thank you to Ms. T for making this right and turning my experience around :-) I usually have a great experience every time I come here, and when Ms. T and her staff were there it was always great. However the new staff that is in there has soured my entire experience and I will not be back. The young girl that works in there was extremely rude, to the point that I have ever experienced. I asked for a wig and the way she huffed and puffed you would've thought I was asking for her to pay for it. Then it happened to be the last one, and she didn't even put it in a protective net - she balled it up and put it in a plastic bag. I walked in and was in awe. At glance, they had more semi perm pigmented tones rather than manic panic- if you use manic panic.. no hate, promise.
