I had an issue with six large custom glass windows at my home. Some of the windows were appearing to be "foggy" due to a break down of the thermal seal between the two pieces of glass. I called and spoke with a knowledgeable and courteous salesperson who set up an appointment to have someone come out to look at the problem. The problem was diagnosed, options were explained to me, and I was given a written estimate for the work. The work was done professionally and the estimated charge was honored. Was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I called them and on Friday to get a price quote on my sliding glass door and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday for work to be done. On Tuesday, I received a call from the office saying no one will be coming by today, but will send someone on Friday... After shopping around today I found that the price I was quoted was over $100 more than most of their competition. I would recommend looking at other alternatives before committing to the Door and Glass...
