I debated whether or not to write this, but I feel like people should know. I just woke up after spending most of the night in the bathroom with some of the worst stomach pain I’ve ever had.
Yesterday around 12:30 PM, I stopped by this place to grab a Cuban sandwich. The main line was super long and barely moving, and I was short on time, so I grabbed a Cuban Collo from the grab-and-go section. Big mistake.
These sandwiches are pre-cut into smaller strips, which normally is great for convenience. I was starving, so I ate one piece in the parking lot right away. As I took that first bite, something tasted off. But I chalked it up to maybe just being in a rush or overly hungry and finished it. Then I ate a second piece… and that one tasted worse. That’s when I started thinking the pork might’ve been spoiled or sitting out too long. I stopped eating after that second piece.
Everything was fine until about 7 PM when I started having really intense stomach cramps. I laid down, hoping it would pass, but I ended up on the toilet four times throughout the night. The last time was around 5:30 AM—and that’s when I finally threw up. I’ve felt a bit better since, but man, it was rough.
Just a heads-up: be very cautious if you're grabbing anything from the grab-and-go section, especially the Cuban Collo right in front of the main sandwich counter. I still plan to support this spot because I like keeping it local, but after this experience, I won’t be touching their hot food again. That level of stomach pain had me seriously considering a...
Read moreMy experience at Liborio’s Supermarket has been nothing short of excellent. Every visit is a pleasure. The store consistently offers a wide variety of fresh meats, grains, vegetables, and many other essentials that make grocery shopping easy and enjoyable.
What stands out the most is the staff’s professionalism and kindness. They’re always willing to help, answer questions, and guide you to find exactly what you’re looking for. It’s clear they care about providing great service and creating a positive experience for every customer.
Even though Liborio’s is a relatively new supermarket in the area, it has quickly become one of my favorites. Their prices are very competitive compared to other Latin markets and grocery stores nearby, without sacrificing quality. I’ve been doing my weekly shopping here for over two months now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the consistency, cleanliness, and the overall welcoming atmosphere.
Liborio’s Supermarket is a great addition to the community — offering high-quality products, fair prices, and excellent service. Highly...
Read moreI went to this supermarket to check it out, it is clean and well organized but the food they cook there is like if they were cooking for an American family. I understand that we are in Florida but I have tasted better Latin food in other supermarkets. They will need to add some flavoring to their food and cook like if they were cooking for their families at home, if they want to be a success and for people to come back and order more of their food. The corvina fish which i bought there and fried at home was really good and the ribs made there were very tasty. The guanabana pulp that they sell there that’s frozen was also very good you just add ice and water to it put it in your blender until is mixed and drink it not sweet at all...
