Megan was absolutely amazing during my entire experience. I booked an appointment that was very easy on the website and afterwards I filled out a form so they could understand better what I wanted. I’m addition to that they also texted me to get inspiration photos from me before the appointment. I thought this was incredibly amazing touch they added to the appointment and made it more personal for me. I brought my mom with me and tried on several dresses until I found one that I absolutely fell in love with it. We left to get lunch and look at venues, at that point we reached out to my future mother-in-law to see if she could come see the dress as well. She was able to and they accommodated us immediately. Ordering the dress as well was extremely easy to do as well. I cannot say enough good things about the Amanda’s Touch Team but Megan specifically. She made the experience lovely and comfortable for someone who was nervous and self conscious. I’m incredibly grateful that I went back to this company as I had gotten my junior prom dress through the Waynesboro store. I cannot wait to have my wedding and tell people where I got my dress and who helped me during my appointment. As we left the building that day I spoke to my mother about how well we were accommodated and taken care of. Thank you Megan! I will shout from the hills how amazing this experience...

I cannot say enough good things about Amanda’s touch in Roanoke, VA. I’m not the normal bride and I wanted something super simple and I did not want it to feel like a gown. My wedding was super low key and outside in the middle of summer so comfort was a top priority for me. I went to several places and everything I tried on was just “too much dress” for me. I felt awkward and like I was not going to find what I wanted. Well I decided to randomly walk in to Amanda’s touch and Heather was super sweet. I explained what I wanted and told her I knew I had not made an appointment but I wanted to see if they even had something like what I had envisioned. She pulled THE PERFECT dress on the first try and would not let me go without trying it on. Then she was super patient and sweet with me and I made a few more appointments trying to see if how much I loved the dress would change. Well it just kept getting better and better. I also got the bridesmaid dresses and my mom’s dress from there. Everyone looked beautiful. I finally found a dress that made me feel like a bride without feeling like I was wearing someone else’s dress. Thank you Heather for helping me find the best dress ever and for being so sweet and patient through this...

I had the absolute best experience working with Jessica while shopping for bridal gowns. From the moment I met her, she was so down-to-earth and made me feel completely at ease. She was understanding, patient, and incredibly kind. By the end of my first appointment, it felt like I had known her for years – she is so personable and easy to connect with. One of the most impressive things was that months later, at the bridal expo, she recognized me and called me by name, which truly showed how thoughtful and caring she is.

Jessica has an amazing ability to make you feel beautiful, even in dresses that you might not feel great in at first. She was so supportive and made me feel absolutely stunning, no matter what I tried on. I also appreciated how protective and understanding she was during my second appointment when my sister made me feel self-conscious in a dress I was in love with. Jessica was there for me, reminding me how beautiful I looked and reinforcing my confidence.

Even though I didn’t end up purchasing my dress from her (only because they didn’t carry the one I ultimately chose), I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone. She’s an incredible consultant, and I’m so grateful for the experience...
