Bought a couch and two tables from the Blacksburg store. Scheduled a delivery date and asked them if it was possible to have my furniture delivered in the later part of the afternoon. Employees in the warehouse agreed. Delivery window was scheduled for 12-3pm so I rescheduled this delivery as I would not be there at that time. I paid the rescheduling fee and the next window was scheduled for 1:30-4:30pm. The furniture delivery time updated constantly all day on the delivery day and my couch was finally delivered at 5:30pm, an entire hour after the window's end. To my disappointment, my side tables and coffee table were not included with the delivery. I called the warehouse immediately and the rude representative on the line told me that the warehouse wasn't aware of the fact that the tables were at the store, and Blacksburg was out of the way for the drivers so they just didn't pick them up. This is understandable but it was not communicated to me whatsoever until I called. The delivery of my tables was rescheduled for the following week. Just a few days later, a representative from the store in Blacksburg called to ask me if I could pick up the tables. I let him know that my boyfriend could pick them up so as to save myself the delivery hassle once again. The next day, the warehouse called to confirm the delivery time for that weekend. This was a confusing circle and luckily my boyfriend was able to pick up the tables. However, I was still charged the full delivery fee even though half my order was not actually delivered. The saga doesn't end there: I recently discovered bedbugs in my apartment which had not been there prior to the couch delivery which seems to suggest that the couch is responsible for the bedbugs. I like the couch and tables but I would never order from this company again. The representatives at the store and warehouse are rude and clearly just want commissions and money, luckily I refused a lot of their upcharge suggestions at the store, but do not give them...
