Clean store, nice people working there and quality food. The only reservation I've ever had with this place was that they did not accept the coupon in the local ad. Highly recommend though.
Later (8/28/2023): Order 4 items online. Two are complete when I arrive. They need to heat up some more meatballs for the other two so I sit and wait (no problem). That comes out and they make the third. Now a lady walks in and orders 4 Footlong Pro sandwiches with various toppings. I watch my meatballs sit on the counter as hers is made. Then they heat up the last set of meatballs with her last sandwich. SHE pauses to hold the door for me as I exit. Quality customer service...for her. And btw, gentlemen, thanks for "marking the different wrap" (they didn't).
Readers, please don't assume other things. They were nice and polite. The lead offered me chips or drink for waiting. For future reference, I'd prefer you make good decisions rather than apologize and cover up for poor ones. The Guy white male black hair with red in it name badge wasn't on his shirt it was on his hat started with the letter "G" took me and my mother's order made our foot longs when it came to purchasing our subs we had a coupon. the guy got mad/frustrated that he couldn't do coupons or didnt know how to ring them up. We asked for the manager or another employee that could help him and he said there isn't anyone here which is crazy just one employee working there. So we decided we didnt want the service just how we were treated and the attitude he gave us so with 2 more customers standing behind us he took all 3 subs and threw/ slung them across the back on him and yelled at me and my mother and talking rudely to the other two patients. Read moreI placed an order today for a foot long BLT sub on white. What I got was the wrong bread, NO lettuce, 2 tomatoes and 2 strips of bacon. It was disgusting!! I called the store; the phone rang 12 times. They picked up the phone and laid it down without even so much as a hello. I waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was on the phone but they never did. I could hear everything going on in the background. What kind of a business answers the phone without a hello and just lays the phone down knowing a customer is on the other line?? How do you honestly screw up a BLT? It's literally 3 ingredients. This is pathetic!! I work in customer service and would NEVER treat a customer like this. I want a full refund of the $8.85 I spent for a sandwich I never ordered. I will NEVER go back to this...
