My wife called about having crochet braids put into her hair. She was never told about this businesses policy in regards to up front payment in full. She was also never told she would need to pay in cash or she would have extra charges for her service. I would have made sure to stop and take money out on the way from the ATM. Most businesses would have extended some degree of courtesy for at least the fee for using a card when paying.
