Jimmy was great and he deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately however, our experience picking up our purchase doesn't even deserve one star. I paid almost $2000 (with warranty) for this loveseat. Inspected it, purchased it knowing it is sold âas-isâ and understood what that means. The loveseat was pretty much in perfect condition and thats what sold me on it. I went to pick this loveseat up the next day and the pictures below show how it was rolled out to our vehicle. The employees loading the loveseat did not center the couch, causing one half to hang with all of its weight to one side. We tried to tell them but they didnât seem to get what we were saying. They loaded it quickly into my vehicle so I was unaware of the damage to the frame that You can clearly see was caused due to the positioning in the picture I posted. Then, before leaving, I am asked to sign a paper stating they havenât left any pieces out. I asked if he put everything we needed with the couch and I was told yes. We get home, and the bolts to attach the center piece of the loveseat are no where to be found. I understand this is an outlet and the ârulesâ that come with that. But being sold âas-isâ and then damaging my purchase AFTER the deal is done, isnât good business. I have tried to call and I cannot get through to anyone.    Read moreBe careful! We went in to look for a mattress. Eventually, we made a purchase. I went to pick it up. This is where they really screwed up. I sat there for a while and waited while the sales guy, who was friendly, seemingly searched in vain for my mattress. Then he disappeared around the corner with some woman. Soon after, a new mattress rolled up to the bed of my truck and I took it home. Once set up, I leaned back on it and actually said that it's weird they never feel the same at home as in the store. It felt different because it WAS different!! The wrong one! They should have caught that they sold it twice and at least refunded me. Also, they were back there forever- probably reading the tags to try and find it- and just sent me a random one instead of telling me what they did. They tried to pass it off as "here it is! Enjoy!" And that's what upset me. They have offered to make it 100% right, but I'm going to post this before that happens because other customers should be aware of how poorly they handled this.    Read moreStopped in at Grand Home furnishings (Valley View) on Thursday looking at living room furniture found exactly what we were looking for , told sales person I wanted to check outlet store to see what they had , went into outlet found exactly what we were looking for ! Called Sunday evening ask salesman Jimmy Aliff to see if living room suite was still available, Mr Carter said yes , made trip to outlet Mr Carter remembered me coming by Thursday, sure enough living room suite was available, kept looking for additional pieces found exactly what we were looking for , then found dining room table & chairs we had to have !! When checking out for purchases Jimmy Aliff & Mgr Jason Carter were super nice friendly & polite , these people went above & beyond to make 100% we were satisfied with purchase , Grand Outlet had a Huge sale going on that ended on Sunday !! We were so happy and satisfied with our luck in finding exactly what we wanted !! Thank You Mr Jason Carter & Thank You Mr Jimmy Aliff , you guys are amazing in the line of work you do !!!
