Pretty disappointed with Grands communication, customer service, warehouse and repair services. Ordered custom couch in Feb2020 (before COVID), was supposed to take 4-6weeks. Didn't receive until end of June2020. They never once communicated to me the status of my order and that it would be delayed. I had to reach out on multiple occasions to ck in. Then when it arrived at the warehouse they didn't call me to let me know to pick up. I happened to call back again and they noted it had arrived. Ironically the day I called, right? We picked up and it didn't sit right. Took another 8 weeks and countless calls to grands service dept to get someone to come out and look at it and when they did they noted it was defective. Then they said they would order parts and it would be 2 weeks. That 2 weeks turned into 6 weeks and yet again no one called me. It wasn't until I called Customer Service heated that they took action. Ironically, the parts arrived the day I called. Right. Was experience I would never want to relive. Communication and customer service obviously needs...
