McMaster-Carr — Local services in Robbinsville Township

I'm not even going to read any review below 4-5 stars. Whatever the problem those people experience is definitely user's own problem. McMaster Carr is not only resourceful, standard excellent customer service. But they even go beyond without anyone asking. I ordered some things on May 25th at 12:38 AM (technically May 26th). The ordered was shipping by 3:00PM on the 26th because they shipped it lighting same day without charging me or even have me asking about it. I have things I've ordered from Amazon more than a week ago and it still hasn't arrived yet.

Before that I had returned things because it wasn't what I thought I wanted which is on my part. All I had to do is ship the item back with my info. BAM! the refund shows up about a week after the day I shipped out.

The point is they are not a small company but they keep things on track for each customers. Not only that they have great quality products. For professionals, you can not have any complain about this company at all. This is one of the best company I've ever shopped from. I wish all the companies are like...

I have been a Customer with MCMaster car since the 80's when most items came from a warehouse was in Chicago . I worked in Cleveland and have spent well over $500,000 with McMaster Carr, on rare occasion when there was an error (sometimes my fault) it has been painless and fast to correct. The quality of products is outstanding and shipping is extremely fast. Willcall is usually within an hour of placing the order. Price is little more for some items, but well worth eliminating some downtime. I am now in New jersey as a Plant manager and the local warehouse here is also top notch.

I've been purchasing parts and materials from MMC for about 6 years and I've NEVER had a single problem with them. If you live in a bordering state (lucky me) it's possible to get your package delivered within less than 24hrs. Nothing can top the sheer amount of sizes/types of materials/hardware they stock. I've definitely spent over 100 hrs on their extremely well laid out app, especially during my thesis year when I built a kinetic sculpture including over 500 screws/parts from MMC.
