Lakes Gas — Local services in Roberts

We were loyal customers for over 10 years. When natural gas came into our neighborhood we switched. There was a credit on our account from unused propane. I first called them in November to issue us a credit, they said they would and that we could expect a check shortly. It is now the middle of February - 3 months later! I have called over 10 times and each time, the response is the same, we're working on it and various excuses for why it hasn't been completed. I even spoke with the manager Ken this week. He assured me he would look into it and call me back. It's been another 5 days and no call back. Avoid this company and their horrible...

HORRIBLE!! They refused to delivery to us during the winter unless "we" sanded our private road that no one else was having problems getting in and out of. When we told them we will get a different company that will actually deliver our propane. When we called to cancel our contract due to failure to deliver the LP, they kept over half of our balance because "we" canceled the contract and delivery was out of their control. Funny because the neighbors on the same road got a delivery from another LP company. So we lost $500. I reported...

AMAZING HUMANS - Over the winter I did a coat drive near tent city and some residents who were very nice people mentioned that the guy who exchanged tanks stopped showing up and it was going to be COLD COLD the next week - so I did what any humanitarian would do .... I ended up spending well over 1,000.00 of my own $ and they generously discounted each tank and supplied the punch cards and were very patient and helpful with a fun staff I enjoyed talking with !- Thank u Appreciate u
