Oh my GOSH! Our carpet developed ripples all over our house and we were just sick about it. It looked horrible and was so embarrassing! We found The Carpet Guy (Tom). He did an amazing job for us. One of our dogs decided to tear up sections of our carpet and Tom came and did an amazing job repairing those spots. His quality of work was impressive and he held true to his original quote, even though when he arrived at our house, it was more extensive than originally planned.
