Cedar Hill Flower Girls — Local services in Robeson Township

Big disappointment, ordered Peace lily plant for a friend who lost a family member. Friend called to thank me for the garden planter, not pease Lily. Called Cedar Hill and was told they did not have the Lily so they substituted to a planter without contacting me. I explained this was not acceptable that I should have been contacted to decide the substitution. The girl was very unaboligetic and said she could pick up the planter and replace with lily next week. Told her this was not acceptable and to let the planter stay. As a customer for over 50 years of the original Cedar Hill, I can say I probably won’t order from them again. Lesson well learned, do things the old fashion way And pick up the phone, don’t order on-line. Incidentally their web site states they would call if they had to substitute...

I was looking for floral centerpieces for my wedding reception in July 2023. Starting in March, I had been talking with Michelle Haak for about two months going back and forth over email about my ideas, pricing, and options that were available in my price range. I had stopped in the store, as well, for a consultation, and she was helpful. She mentioned that they only accept cash or check for wedding payments, which is fine. In an email, I asked if I would receive a contract detailing what we discussed or receipts after making payments, but I never heard back from her. The store was a contender while I was deciding between florists, but I was very uneasy about her lack of response. It was a waste of time...

Last year my daughter ordered from them we got no bear and candy this year she ordered the same thing and got no balloon she ordered and paid for. It is like they don't even care. I hope n pray she never n I mean never orders from them again.You get the order half of it and then they decide to deliver the other half another day. That is no way to handle a business. Maybe thinking of notifying the better business bureau about it.Mother's day is a special time not to have a flower shop screw up your order 2 years in a roll. There is no excuse for it non what so ever. So don't make the same mistake and order from there it would be a big mistake...
