Terzetto Hair — Local services in Robinson Township

Terzetto Hair is wonderful. I started going here after my old stylist moved. Everybody at the salon is really welcoming and friendly. It's a very comfortable atmosphere to relax and get pampered. The salon is easy to find. The parking situation is great because it's an entire lot. I always get a space close to the entrance and this makes a big difference on the days when the weather is bad. The salon is located near the Robinson plazas (with the mall, IKEA, restaurants; etc) so I usually end my "salon day" with some shopping. The atmosphere and vibe of the inside of the store is clean, organized, stylish, welcoming and cozy. I always get my hair done Nicole Terzetto who is a hair genius. She can do a wide variety of styles from funky rainbow colored hair to classic and natural styles. I always enjoy talking to the people who work there while my hair processes. Since Nicole started doing my hair, I have gotten a TON of compliments. When my hair is done, it looks good enough to be in a hair commercial. 👌 Nicole always listens to my needs and the results reflect her attention to detail. I have not had any extensions (yet!) but she is also trained to do this as well as provide many other services. Nicole has even given me personalized, hands-on assistance in learning how to (correctly) use my curling iron. I've bought several hair care products from the store per Nicole's recommendation and the products really deliver amazing results. I highly recommend this salon. The hairdresser was punctual yet not enough time was given to achieve the results i wanted. Highlights were yellow and brassy. And even though she used a toner (with additional cost), results were still not what I had requested and the roots were different from the bottom which was cooler and not brassy. Now i have a line in the middle of my hair separating old and new highlights. Cut was ok, I had requested straight no layers cut but she didnt do any snipping so now it looks like humidity hair. Styling was bad, looked like I had blowdried my hair in my bathroom. Apparently I was being rushed because she had an eyebrow appt at 12 45pm and she was the only one left...

Worst experience ever. No masks no social distancing. I was to recieve all over color n highlights with cut. Highlights were pink not blonde as I had asked. Toned n made highlights colorless. Cut in bangs I didn't ask for or want. Took 3 and a half hours. Stylist kept telling me my hair didnt look too bad. Lady I camr in looking good and expected leave looking better...certainly not " too bad". Paid $170 for services but was quoted $89 . Owner called and told me stylist would call and rehighlight but stylist would not return my calls and really would not like her to touch my hair. I would not recommend ANY services here....
